Personal training provides an individualised approach to exercise, with personalised fitness advice and workouts enabling client-specific goals to be established and achieved.

Personal Trainers at Evado Studios are university qualified, and follow the latest strength and conditioning methods to ensure that your individualised program will reach your health and fitness goals. Our personal trainers are highly skilled at developing appropriate and effective training programs tailored to your needs.

Our trainers will provide personalised attention to educate you on correct exercise technique and execution, and will of course motivate you every step of the way.

Personal Trainers can assist with:

In your initial session, your trainer will go through your injury history, discuss your training goals, assess your movement patterns, and conduct relevant fitness testing. From here you will devise a manageable plan to best reach your goals via our Target.Perform.Achieve. management system. This is centred around setting a goal, putting in the work, and achieving what you set out to do.

Your exercise plan may include a mix of one-on-one and/or group Personal Training sessions.

Sessions can run from 30-60 minutes depending on your needs. We have a range of flexible payment options to suit all arrangements, including:
